Mr.Paul R. Carmel, ICD.D, is a professional with 30 years of experience in the mining field, having held senior management positions and board directorships with mining companies, investment banks and private equity firms. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Orbit Garant Drilling Inc. and a strategic advisor with G Mining Services Inc. He previously held senior management roles with Richmont Mines Inc. as President and CEO and Desjardins Capital Markets as Managing Director, Head of Mining. Mr. Carmel also previously worked with Minquest Capital Inc., The Sentient Group, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, UBS Securities, National Bank Financial and Inco Ltd. Mr. Carmel holds a mining engineering degree from McGill University.
PASCALE CHOQUET, CPA, CA

Mrs. Pascale Choquet CPA, CA, has more than 25 years of experience in operations, finance and human resources (HR). VP clinical operations – Groupe forget, Audio prosthetists for 18 years. Mrs. Choquet worked closely with management in the development of strategic plans and the implementation of procedures and policies. She also worked as an accounting supervisor for Ultramar Oil. Mrs. Choquet holds a B.B.A. in public accounting.
JEAN L’HEUREUX, Eng., M.Eng.

Mr. Jean L’Heureux is a professional metallurgical engineer and member of the “OIQ” (“Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec”) who has been involved in the mining and processing of graphite for over 20 years with the Imerys Group in Quebec and in France. From 2000 to early 2013 he was the Product Manager, Refractory and Metallurgy for Timcal.

Mr. Perron has over 20 years of experience in engineering, construction and project management in the industrial sector, notably with Stornoway Diamonds, Delsaer, Seneca, ArcelorMittal and Xstrata. Mr. Perron holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Université du Québec – École de Technologie Supérieure in Montreal and a DEC in Civil Engineering Technology. In addition, he holds an MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal as well as an Executive MBA from Université Paris Dauphine.
GENEVIÈVE GAUTHIER, P. Eng.
Director, Metallurgy and Processes
Mrs. Gauthier has more than 10 years of experience as a mineral processing engineer for iron, gold and graphite ores, most recently with Soutex where she was instrumental in developing with Mason Graphite’s team the concentration process of the Lac Guéret Project and she significantly contributed to the Feasibility Study and pre-execution work. In her position within Mason Graphite, she is responsible for the integration of the process during execution and she is also involved with the laboratory, commissioning and training of the employees. Mrs. Gauthier obtained her Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from Laval University.
Director Environment and Sustainable Development
Ms. Gravel has more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry. She obtained her bachelor's degree in geological engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal. She has worked in engineering consulting with Met-Chem and SNC-Lavalin, abroad and in Quebec, as well as for mining operations such Troilus mine and ArcelorMittal iron ore mines and pellet plant. Julie Gravel has a good knowledge of the environmental legislation and the permitting process.
HENRI WILHELM, Ph.D.
Advanced Applications and Products Specialist
Mr. Henri Wilhelm has more than 15 years of experience in R&D and development of graphite-based products for energy storage applications. He worked for major synthetic graphite producers such as Imerys Graphite & Carbon and SGL Carbon groups as well as for the French National Center of Scientific Research (CNRS). He is active as technical advisor for product development and implementation in battery applications.
Henri Wilhelm holds a PhD in Physics and Chemistry of Matter and Materials from the University of Lorraine (France).
